I am a Las Vegas Realtor - Investment Specialist and I watch my investors cash in every day on todays market. I would love to start using Camerons 1 day dough, however I am extremely hesitant. Is this guy for real? I was hoping maybe you would be willing to give me some feed back on your experiences with him. His methods are genius, however I just don't want to get burned. I have the buyers but it's my name on the line in the event I get offers accepted and then have to back out do to funding. Vegas is a big-small place and the REO agents will black list you as a Realtor if you burn bridges. Reputation to close is everything with the listing agents. I believe you can really make any market profitable for most ventures if you know what you are doing and of course do it well. Nice post! Especially considering how many vacant, abandoned and overpriced homes that are available in the district. It seems that all the money is concentrated in NW ignoring the other quadrants. I am happy NE is going to be the next hot spot. SW will be beautiful and tiny. SE is also beautiful very large and where most working class DC natives live or have moved to because they were forced out of other parts of the city. All of DC could be amazing if the government recognizes the diverse needs of its residents and also doesn't try to replicate NW. WAAAY too many condos.
